The pin is hidden on the middle table in the Dance Lounge!
To find the Party Hat click the red button on the fan which will reveal the Party Hats!
You can also find the Icecream Apron free item in the Coffee Shop!
Also dont forget to look back on 2008 in the new yearbook found in the Book Room!
