Club Penguin just released a new issue of the Penguin Times. Click more for all the info:

It is confirmed that Rockhopper will be returning tomorrow Billybob also says he is bringing rare items! Dont forget to check back here tomorrow for all the Rockhopper free items and catalog cheats!

This issue also confirms that the white puffle will be coming and that it is very shy. They are trying to catch it in Puffle Round-Up so maybe you will see it when you play that game!

There is also an ad in the paper that talks about sending in sculptures for a party. This is exactly like the Winter Festival of Snow, so i can almost guarentee that the free items will be the Snow Flake T-Shirt and the Ice Crown.
